Who You Will Be Working With

As an AI & Software Engineer III at PMG, you'll be part of a team that's transforming the way brands connect with their audiences. Our team is behind Alli, a cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools that has redefined digital marketing for some of the world's most iconic brands. Last year alone, Alli powered campaigns reaching over 1 billion consumers across 80+ countries, delivering meaningful results that made a real difference.

You'll work within one of Alli's key pillars—Actions, Data, or Insights—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions. What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and deploy features and solutions that enhance the scalability and performance of the Alli platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Data, Tech, Product, and Design—to integrate AI-driven solutions that improve automation and results.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code, contributing to the stability and scalability of Alli's suite of applications.
• Mentor junior team members, promoting collaboration and sharing best practices that elevate the team's overall performance.
• Draft and implement architectural designs for complex, reliable, and innovative technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, offering thoughtful feedback to ensure Alli maintains high engineering standards.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot solutions across the application development lifecycle to deliver state-of-the-art products.
• Stay curious and continuously improve your technical knowledge, contributing to PMG's evolving tech stack and industry leadership.

What You Will Bring

• 4+ years of software development experience, with a focus on object-oriented programming languages, or a related field, with a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years working with enterprise-level frameworks like Beego, Django, or similar high-performance solutions.
• 1+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud providers, leveraging their tools and services to build scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and expertise in SOLID engineering practices.
• Proficiency with tools and processes such as monitoring, build tools, version control, unit testing, and TDD.
• Hands-on experience working across all stages of a project, from requirements and design to implementation and support.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs with backend services.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Go for efficient backend solutions.
• Strong skills working with databases and data warehouses, including Postgres, Snowflake, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain to explore innovative backend solutions.
• Interest or familiarity with the digital marketing industry and its unique challenges.
• AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification or equivalent cloud certifications.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs) or related technologies.
• A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer-focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.

• Cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
• Docker and Terraform
• Programming languages including Python, JavaScript (NodeJS, React), Go
• Databases and data warehouses: BigQuery, Snowflake, Postgres, Redis, MongoDB, Redshift
• AI technologies, including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain
• RESTful APIs and WebSocket
• Git/GitHub for version control
• Scrum framework

Nice To Have Qualifications

• Interest or familiarity working in the Digital Marketing industry
• AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification
• Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
