About The Role

Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll set up, run, and maintain computer numeric control (CNC) woodworking machines to create kitchen components. Your precision, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup & Operation:
  - Prepare CNC machines using blueprints, work orders, and job specifications.
  - Load tools, program parts, and calibrate machine parameters.
• Production & Quality Control:
  - Monitor machines during processing, making adjustments for accuracy.
  - Perform routine inspections of finished components (e.g. cabinets, rails) to ensure compliance with dimensions and finish standards.
• Maintenance & Safety:
  - Clean machines, replace worn or broken tooling, and report any equipment malfunctions.
  - Follow all safety protocols and uphold a clean and organized workspace.
• Team Integration:
  - Collaborate closely with engineers, setup technicians, and production staff to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
  - Document production metrics, downtime, and any variance in output.

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) operating CNC routers or machining centers, especially in woodworking or cabinet manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read CAD/CAM drawings or blueprints.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and thickness gauges.
• Comfortable making machine adjustments and minor repairs.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality-focused mindset.
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when production demand requires.
