About the role Social media content creator (Roundglass Living) — We are seeking a creative and strategic social media content creator to produce engaging content that delivers on brand goals. You\'ll research, pitch, write, manage, and optimize social media content that reflects our wholistic approach to wellbeing, continuously adapting output to align with evolving priorities and market conditions. Website Designer — The Website Designer will create high-quality websites, on-brand visual content, and compelling graphics. The Designer will align marketing and product strategies in the conceptualization and implementation of bespoke design solutions. You will need to have a strong sense of the brand and a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating requirements into design. What you\'ll do Design Websites & Landing Pages: Create user-centric, visually engaging digital experiences with a focus on UI/UX, layout, and mobile optimization. Collaborate with Teams: Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to align designs with business goals and ensure seamless project execution. Ensure Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines across all digital channels for a unified and cohesive user experience. Effective Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, manage timelines, and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure project success. Focus on Detail: Maintain a sharp eye for detail, ensuring typography, color, and spacing are perfectly aligned for a polished design. Who we\'re looking for 7+ years of professional design experience Able to design websites from concept to completion Able to collaborate with Development to bring sites to life Experienced in executing design best practices across media channels Strong typography skills Comfortable presenting designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders Stays on top of current design trends Very organized, able to work efficiently and independently but as part of a larger team Thrives in a start-up environment Able to design from the ground up Experience in data visualization is a plus Design firm or agency experience preferred Compensation and benefits The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000–$120,000. Compensation will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Some roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. Benefits include: regular federal holidays and one floating holiday, bereavement and jury duty leave, medical / dental / vision with PPO / HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP, pet insurance, life / long-term disability insurance, 401k with employer match up to $5,000, and paid time off starting at 120 hours with increases by years of service.
