RepRally is a modern wholesale platform that connects emerging brands directly to independent retailers. With over 250 products across snacks, beverages, wellness, and c-store essentials, we empower field reps to grow local sales and earn meaningful commissions.

Youll represent exciting, fast-moving brands like Smackin Sunflower Seeds, Oasis Dubai Chocolate, Built Bars, Peelerz Fruit Snacks, My Dads Chili, and more.

Compensation

• Commission: 4% of all wholesale orders
• Additional Bonuses: Based on verified store acquisition and performance milestones
• Payout Schedule: Biweekly
• Total Expected Earnings: $3,000$6,000/month

Responsibilities

• Open 2040+ new retail accounts each month (c-stores, gas stations, smoke shops, etc.)
• Visit stores in person, pitch product lines, and secure first-time orders
• Submit orders through our mobile platform and track performance
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and buyers
• Ensure products are visible, priced correctly, and merchandised properly
• Share on-the-ground insights with RepRallys ops and product teams

Ideal Background

• 3+ years in field sales, route sales, distribution, or territory management
• Confidence walking into new stores and selling face-to-face
• Familiarity with convenience, grocery, liquor, or smoke shop environments
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage your own territory
