Estamos buscando un Service Designer con buen conocimiento holístico en el lado de Service designer y Research para nuestro cliente el rubro de consumo.

Experiencia de 3 años a más en rol de service designer.
Experiencia en Research.
Experiencia implementado Diseño Estratégico y de servicios.
Experiencia en el proceso de diseño de servicio y conocimiento concreto sobre CX en especial el dominio de indicadores de experiencia.
Experiencia en iniciativas digitales B2B y B2C.
Experiencia en investigación en diseño estratégico (Design Thinking, Atomic Research, Design Sprint)
Experiencia moderando talleres y sesiones de co-creación.
Experiencia en industrias preferente relacionado a servicio al cliente.
Conocimiento de diseño e implementación de servicios digitales.
Conocimiento profundo de las distintas metodologías para obtener datos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
Conocimiento de diseño e implementación de servicios análogos.
Capacidad de análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo para obtención de insights.
Experiencia desarrollando: Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps.
Conocimiento práctico de mapeo de experiencias y creación de prototipos deservicio para ilustrar y probar soluciones e ideas (customer journeys, servicedesign blueprints, storyboards, roleplay, etc.).
Poseer base teórica y práctica en storytelling, facilitación de talleres.
Uso de herramientas digitales que faciliten y potencien el proceso de diseño deservicio. Ejemplo: Jira, Miro, Mural, Notion, Figma, Video-ask, etc.
