Service Advisor - AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring As a Service Advisor, you’ll be part of a nationwide team, servicing 20,000 cars a day and building customer loyalty that spans generations. You’ll use automotive knowledge and advanced technology to uncover selling opportunities and keep drivers safe. Position Overview Working in state‑of‑the‑art service departments, you act as the intermediary between Service Technicians and customers. You explain technicians’ recommendations in clear, easy‑to‑understand language and suggest up‑sell opportunities to protect and enhance customer vehicles.
