Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Desired: Education: BSME or BSEE degree. Graduate degree in engineering field is a plus 5+ years of experience in axle and/or automotive powertrain related field Excellent mechanical aptitude, along with strong analytical capability Understanding of and/or experience using CAE tools including: ABACUS/FEA/FESAFE Working experience leading APQP, DVP&R, and DFMEA activities Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to complete stack-ups Must have excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within Dana in a professional manner Ability to develop strong customer relationships Must have strong project management experience in order to organize multiple responsibilities and meet multiple deadlines Must be a self-directed, motivated, and organized individual who is willing to accept responsibility Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Excellent customer relationship skills Strong professional presence Must be able to travel domestically and internationally Able to complete assignments on time Willing and able to work extended hours when necessary We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
