Summary
Base Pay: $17.75/hour + Uncapped Commission
1st Year On-Target Earnings: $68,000. No sales experience required. Paid full-time training provided!

Join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team who excel in driving customer retention through a consultative selling approach. This position involves 100% inbound calls from both new and existing customers.

What You'll Do:

• Position and sell our products/services to diverse customers.
• Determine customer needs and recommend the appropriate solutions.
• Recover from challenging calls and maintain focus on long-term objectives.
• Efficiently manage time while servicing customers and performing data entry tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site.
