Job Description
Nardamed is a U.S.–based health tourism consulting and patient coordination company that connects American patients with leading hospitals and clinics in Turkey.
We are looking for disciplined and professional Remote Call Center Representatives to handle patient inquiries, explain treatment options, and coordinate the process for patients seeking medical care abroad.
This is a 1099 contractor position — fully remote, flexible hours, and online training provided.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound and outbound patient calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Provide accurate and clear information about available treatments and next steps.
Record and update patient details in the CRM system.
Maintain professionalism, consistency, and communication discipline.
Collaborate with the coordination team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (Spanish is a plus, not required).
Previous call center, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Base pay: $17 – $22 per hour (depending on experience)
