Part Time Parts Counter Clerk

Modern Chevrolet Cadillac of Burlington is currently seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join the team of talented parts professionals in our Burlington dealership. Responsibilities include:

• Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Provide high level of service to internal and external customers
• Pull and fill orders from stock

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson
• Experience with Parts Trader, OPStrax, OEconnection, CCCtrueparts preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task during peak demands
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
