Mailroom Associate The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for a variety of operational functions with an emphasis on opening incoming mail and processing documents for imaging using internal software. This position is also responsible for analyzing and indexing incoming mail from various sources using our software, operating, and maintaining the postage machine to prepare outgoing mail in a timely manner. Responsibilities Logs incoming work Sorts, files and distributes work, including electronic files, if applicable Uploads/downloads information to/from systems Conducts non-routine research Consolidates electronic files for output to clients, as applicable Balances/reconciles electronic files based on count and value, as applicable Transmits electronic files to output destinations, as applicable Regular and timely attendance Other duties as assigned Qualifications logs incoming work Sorts, files and distributes work, including electronic files, if applicable Reviews incoming documentation/work files Scans documents Uploads/downloads information to/from systems Operates equipment Conducts non-routine research Consolidates electronic files for output to clients, as applicable Balances/reconciles electronic files based on count and value, as applicable Transmits electronic files to output destinations, as applicable Regular and timely attendance Other duties as assigned Education High School diploma or GED Experience Minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred. Experience in child support is preferred.
