Holiday Inn Express & Suites, in East Peoria , is currently adding a Part-Time , Front Desk Agent to our team!

Shift Hours : 2pm-10pm , 3pm-11pm, and 4pm-12am Scheduled Days : 2-3 Days a Week

Must be able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays and have some weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality customer service.
• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
• Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work weekends
