As a Security Supervisor – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments in a hospital environment.

• Site Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Set schedule: Full-time, 3rd Shift, Wednesday 11:00 pm - 5:00 am and Thursday through Saturday 5:00 pm - 5:00 am (42 hours/ week)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Supervisor

• Lead team of officers, overseeing operations and compliance
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Responsible for overseeing the inside operations or outside operations.
• Address complaints from patients, families, client staff, and GardaWorld staff.
• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors, families, patients

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• You have an AZ Unarmed Security License (Required)
• You have 2 years of previous Supervisor experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement (Required)
• You have a valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (Required )
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
