Clothing Store Associate

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Clothing Store Associate to join a fast-paced clothing retailer. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, has a great eye for fashion, and can maintain a clean, organized shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Must have some weekend available, flexible shifts available

**PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN CLOTHING RETAIL IS A MUST**

Pay: $ 15 - $18 per, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance, and provide product recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of current merchandise, new arrivals, and promotions
• Assist customers with sizing, styling, and product features
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Restock merchandise and maintain tidy, appealing displays
• Keep fitting rooms clean, organized, and shopper-ready
• Receive, tag, and organize new inventory
• Handle customer questions, returns, and exchanges professionally
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and meets visual standards
• Support team members and contribute to daily store goals

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and comfort using a POS system
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs when stocking or moving merchandise
• Team-oriented and eager to help wherever needed
