What You’ll Do:
Client-Facing Accounting & Advisory
Serve as a trusted advisor to personal and business clients.
Answer accounting and financial questions through thoughtful research and analysis.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
Stay current with industry trends and software tools through ongoing education.
Accounting Engagements:
Manage monthly general ledgers for multiple clients.
Perform reconciliations and correct account discrepancies.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Support timely month-end and year-end closings.
Assist in preparing financial reports.
Tax Engagements:
Collect and organize data for tax return preparation.
Develop workpapers and supporting documentation.
Prepare accurate and complete corporate and individual tax returns.
Contribute to tax planning and advisory services.
What We’re Looking For:
CPA License
Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience (required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/tax software (QuickBooks, Thomson Reuters, etc.).
