Your Role

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Lead client tax interviews and deliver expert guidance
• Manage payroll tax compliance and reconciliation
• Communicate with the IRS, FTB, EDD, and clients
• Maintain organized workpapers and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Who We’re Looking For

We are intentionally selective. Please apply only if you meet all the following:

• Active CPA license in good standing (required — no exceptions)
• Minimum 3 years of recent public accounting experience
• Stable work history with multi-year tenure in prior roles (job-jumpers will not be considered)
• Proficient in QuickBooks
• Knowledge of Lacerte or willing to learn
• Strong Excel & Microsoft Office skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, professional communicator
• Looking for a long-term, in-person role (not remote, not seasonal)
