Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.
Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.
Role & Responsibility Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to ESG.
- Coordinate laboratory analysis on machines, parts, and raw materials
- Lead machine part tear-down studies

Overall Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance:
- Help ensure compliance with local, national, and international chemical regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports.
- Monitor changes in chemical regulations and update compliance protocols accordingly.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to chemical usage, emissions, and waste management.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to support compliance and sustainability efforts.
- Generate reports and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations.
Job Requirement Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemical Engineering or Material and Metallurgical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
